**1. Purpose of the Privacy Policy**

YumYum Studio (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") collects the personal information of users to provide the GaintSnake service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

The Company values users' personal information and complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding personal information protection, such as the Personal Information Protection Act. Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs users of how their personal information is used and what measures are taken to protect it. The Privacy Policy is made available for users to view at any time through the 'Settings > Privacy Policy' menu in the game.

If the Privacy Policy is revised, the Company will notify users at least 7 days prior to its enforcement via an in-game announcement, with changes taking effect after 7 days. However, if significant changes are made, such as to the purpose of collecting and using personal information or the provision of data to third parties, users will be notified 30 days in advance, with changes taking effect after 30 days. The revised policy will be easily accessible to users through in-game announcements.

The Company collects only the necessary information to provide the basic services during registration, service use, product purchase, and customer support processes. (Users may refuse to provide their personal information, but in such cases, certain or all services may not be available.)

The information provided by users directly to the Company during registration includes:

- Email, password, CI (Certificate of Identity)

The information automatically collected during service use includes:

- Data on friends and guilds created through interactions with other users

- Data on content consumed, features used, and user actions recorded during service use

- Data on order numbers, purchased product names, payment amounts, payment methods, and payment dates during in-game purchases

- Data automatically generated and collected depending on the device used, such as OS, hardware version, software version, browser type, device ID, language, IP address, cookies, and store information

For customer service inquiries, the following information is collected:

- Email address, product name, purchase date

Personal information is collected in the following ways:

- Users provide information directly during registration or when they agree to the collection of personal information while using the service.

- Personal information may be collected through customer service interactions via the web, email, or phone.

- Personal information may also be collected through offline events and seminars via separate consent forms.

- Automatically generated information, such as device information, may be collected during the use of PC web or mobile web/app services. (Users have the option to accept or refuse cookies by configuring their web browser settings.)

The Company uses personal information solely for purposes such as managing membership, developing and improving the Service, and ensuring a safe online environment. Specifically, personal information is used for:

- Confirming membership intentions, verifying age and identity, managing accounts, and processing withdrawal requests.
