MukJump is operated by Seongbin Choi (CYSBand, “we”). We process information needed to provide the game. Contact: cysbandcs@gmail.com.
BACKND user identifiers, login type and authentication status for guest accounts and Sign in with Apple on iOS; nickname and country code derived from the phone’s country/region setting.
Identifiers and authentication tokens needed for Sign in with Apple. The current iOS version does not request Apple name or email permissions and does not offer Google sign-in. We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.
Best height, ink currency, upgrades and equipped rewards, audio settings, tutorial completion, save version, synchronization times and operation identifiers used to prevent duplicate processing.
A local guest identifier created in the app.
The leaderboard displays your nickname, country/region icon, best height and rank to other players. The icon reflects your phone setting, not a verification of nationality or precise location. Local play remains available without a social login or network connection; social login is optional.
We disable BACKND’s additional request-log reporting and automatic IP-based country/city/region lookup. IP addresses and technical connection information may still be processed as needed to handle server requests.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically process IP-based approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, product interactions such as app launches and ad views/taps, and SDK performance and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. MukJump 1.0 requests non-personalized Google ads (npa=1). On iOS, the app handles App Tracking Transparency before updating Google UMP consent, and initializes Google Mobile Ads and requests ads only when UMP permits requests.
Permission choices are not a condition of gameplay. You may decline and continue playing or return to the lobby without watching a revival ad. Non-personalized ads may still use identifiers for frequency limits, fraud prevention and measurement, depending on consent and OS settings. Where required, UMP presents a consent form first. You can reopen choices under Options → Privacy Policy → Ad privacy choices when the SDK requires this entry point for your region or consent status.
In the Apps in Toss version, Toss’s official game/advertising APIs may process identifiers and usage information under that platform’s policies.
The iOS and Android store versions send gameplay analytics to Google Analytics for Firebase only if you enable it under Options → Privacy Policy → Gameplay analytics. It is off by default. Declining does not prevent gameplay, saving or account linking. This is separate from advertising consent.
Information includes SDK-generated installation identifiers, device/app information and approximate region; screen visits, tutorial progress, height, play time and totals for deaths/items/ink strokes; upgrades, currency earned/spent, settings choices, advertising phases, and the type/status of account operations. Events we send do not contain account UUIDs, nicknames, names, emails, authentication tokens, support codes, raw error text or coordinates of drawn lines. We do not enable advertising personalization for analytics.
This information is sent over encrypted connections to Google LLC and affiliates to improve game flow, difficulty and progression balance, and may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates servers. Our Analytics settings retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months, with user-data retention renewed when new user activity occurs. Expired data is deleted in Google’s monthly deletion process. These settings do not apply to standard aggregated reports.
Disable analytics in the same menu stops further collection and resets unsent analytics data on the device. It does not immediately delete data already transmitted; you may contact us about deletion or restriction. We do not link installation-level analytics to BACKND account saves. The Apps in Toss version does not run this native Firebase analytics module.
If you choose to contact us by email, we process your email address, message and attachments for support and dispute handling. Contacting support is optional.
Account creation, login and progress synchronization across devices.
Highest-height leaderboards and prevention of duplicate reward/save processing.
Optional advertising, frequency limits and prevention of invalid advertising traffic.
Diagnosis of save errors, crashes and performance issues; customer support.
With your choice, analysis of game flow, difficulty, progression and advertising use to improve the game.
We use BACKND, provided by Behind Co., Ltd., for account/game-data processing. Apple login, advertising, analytics and Apps in Toss functions use their providers’ SDKs/services when selected or applicable to the platform. Providers may also process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Behind Co., Ltd. (BACKND): login, cloud saves, leaderboards and account deletion; user ID, nickname, country code, game progress and connection/technical information.
Google LLC and affiliates: Google Mobile Ads, UMP and optional Google Analytics; device/ad identifiers, analytics installation identifiers, approximate location, usage and diagnostics.
Apple Inc. and affiliates: Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution and authentication; authentication and store/device technical information.
Viva Republica Inc.: platform, game-center and advertising features in the Apps in Toss version; platform identifiers and game/ad usage information.
We do not sell personal information. Advertising SDK processing can include ad delivery, measurement, frequency limits and fraud prevention; the scope depends on consent, OS settings and provider policies.
Apple login, optional analytics and Google advertising can transmit information over encrypted connections to overseas servers.
Google LLC and affiliates: the United States and other countries where Google operates infrastructure; transmitted during consent/ad requests and events after analytics opt-in, for ads, measurement, fraud prevention and optional gameplay analytics. Analytics event retention is 2 months and user retention 14 months, renewed on new activity. Aggregated reports, advertising and diagnostics follow Google’s policies and applicable legal obligations.
Apple Inc. and affiliates: the United States and other countries where Apple operates infrastructure; encrypted transmission during login/revocation requests for authentication and authorization revocation. Retention follows Apple’s policies and applicable legal obligations.
Provider locations and contact details are available in the Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy. You may play as a guest without social login. Refusing advertising consent may result in limited ads or no ads in the relevant region. Rewarded revival ads are optional.
BACKND accounts and game data: until account deletion. An immediate withdrawal request blocks login promptly; final server deletion can take up to one hour.
Device game data: until successful in-app account deletion or removal of that device’s saved data. Uninstalling alone does not necessarily remove the server account, OS-retained login information or backups.
Optional Analytics: events 2 months; user data 14 months, renewed on new activity. Expired data is deleted monthly; standard aggregated reports are not governed by these periods.
Support records: 90 days after the inquiry is resolved. Where necessary for a dispute or legal retention requirement, we keep only the minimum needed information separately.
Advertising/diagnostics: according to the providers’ published policies and applicable legal obligations.
When retention ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete information in a way designed to prevent recovery. Electronic records are securely deleted and any paper records are shredded or destroyed. Legally required records are kept separately for the required period.
Play as a guest without social login.
Request deletion under Lobby → Options → Account Link (or Linked Account) → Delete Account, then confirm in the separate dialog. This deletes the account’s server data, leaderboard entry, authentication link and game data on the current device. Local copies on another device require removal there.
For Apple-linked accounts, the app requests Apple reauthentication and authorization-token revocation before deletion.
Contact cysbandcs@gmail.com if deletion fails or you cannot access the app.
Reopen advertising choices through Options → Privacy Policy → Ad privacy choices when the SDK requires this option.
Change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Withdraw gameplay analytics consent using Options → Privacy Policy → Disable analytics.
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. After verifying the requester or an authorized representative, we respond as required by applicable law. We do not request your password, social-login verification codes or raw authentication tokens.
BACKND and advertising SDKs may process IP addresses, device/app identifiers, access times, ad views/taps, crashes and performance information during service requests. You can use OS advertising-identifier controls and the app’s advertising privacy choices where available. The app checks iOS tracking authorization before advertising initialization. Optional Google Analytics collection and controls are described above.
MukJump is a casual game and limits requested advertising content to rating G. It contains non-realistic fantasy harm such as falling ink characters, ink splashes, spikes, dragons and haetae. It is not designed exclusively for children. Store age ratings describe content and do not replace consent for personal-information processing. Users requiring guardian consent should use the service with a guardian.
Privacy contact: CYSBand, cysbandcs@gmail.com.
Connections use SDK-provided encryption. Authentication tokens are not written to game PlayerPrefs or ordinary logs, and API secret keys are not embedded in game code. We announce policy changes and their effective date in the app or official support page.
