Marathon Games (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") collects users’ personal information as described below to provide the "Hammer of Fury" service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

The Company uses users’ personal information within the scope of the "Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information" and does not share or disclose it to third parties without prior user consent, except in the following cases:
Delegation of Services:
The Company may delegate specific tasks to external entities to provide convenient and enhanced services. Users may view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time through the in-game "My Info > User Info" or request account termination via "Customer Support." Withdrawal of consent for data use may limit service availability.
Upon account deletion, related data is permanently destroyed within 7 days. Users may also exercise rights under applicable laws to review or correct their registered data. The Company ensures prompt compliance with such requests after verifying user identity.
Technical Safeguards:
•Installation of security programs to prevent hacking or viruses, with regular updates and monitoring.
•Encryption of sensitive data and use of security features, such as file locks, to prevent unauthorized access.
•Maintenance of access logs to the personal information processing system for at least 1 year.
Administrative Safeguards:
•Limiting personal information access to designated personnel and providing regular security training.
•Storing personal information documents in secure, locked locations.
